Water Well Construction Warranty
Contractor Warranty
Coverage Period: One (1) year beginning on the date of installation.
Coverage: Defects in workmanship or installation performed by Total Outdoor Service LLC, DBA JB Wells and Water.
New Homeowner Warranty
Valid only through the transfer of the contractor’s warranty.
Coverage Period: One (1) year beginning on the date of property sale, provided the sale occurs within twelve (12) months of the original installation date.
Coverage: Same as the contractor warranty, covers workmanship and installation performed by Total Outdoor Service LLC DBA JB Wells and Water.
Standard Residential Warranty
Coverage Period: One (1) year beginning on the date of installation.
Coverage: Standard warranty for residential installations covering defects in workmanship or installation by Total Outdoor Service LLC, DBA JB Wells and Water.
Well Labor Warranty
Coverage Period: One (1) year from the date of installation.
Coverage: Labor associated with well installation performed by Total Outdoor Service LLC, DBA JB Wells and Water.
System Installation Warranty
Labor Warranty
Coverage Period: Ninety (90) days from the date of service.
Coverage: Labor and workmanship performed during service or repair visits by Total Outdoor Service LLC, DBA JB Wells and Water.
Pump Warranty
Coverage Period: Three (3) to five (5) years, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty.
Coverage: Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, according to the manufacturer’s specific terms and conditions.

Warranty Exclusions
Water Well Construction and System Installation
This warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Damage caused by Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, fire, or other natural disasters.
- Any service, repair, or modification performed by a company other than Total Outdoor Service LLC, DBA JB Wells and Water.
- Misuse, neglect, or failure to perform proper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects in materials or components covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim:

- Provide name, address, and a brief description of the issue.
- A technician will be scheduled to complete an inspection to determine if the issue is covered.
- Total Outdoor Service LLC DBA JB Wells and Water reserve the right to determine the cause of any system failure using standard diagnostic methods.
- If a system component is determined not to be covered under this warranty, the customer may request an independent manufacturer’s inspection.
- However, all costs associated with obtaining and conducting the manufacturer’s inspection will be the sole responsibility of the individual requesting it.
- If covered by warranty, we’ll repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost.
Limitations of Liability
- Remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of covered defects.
- Total Outdoor Service LLC DBA JB Wells and Water is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- This warranty is non-transferable, except as noted under the New Homeowner Warranty.
